About the Fund
Engaging Our Customers
The aims of the Fund are:
- To deal with you promptly, fairly and efficiently at all times and to give you the best possible service in accordance with the standards we set out (PDF 470KB);
- To give you the standard of service you want;
- To consult you wherever possible and to take account of your views before we make any changes;
- To be accountable to you for what we do by monitoring the quality of our service and reporting on how well we’ve lived up to our standards.
To achieve our aims we need assistance from our customers in order to inform us of how well we are performing and inform us of any improvements that we can make.
When we have received your email, an acknowledgment will be sent to the email address that was used to send the notification. A full response will be issued in accordance with our published service standards.
