You can make an appointment to visit the Fund offices where we can provide assistance by:

  • helping you to register for the Fund's Pensions Portal
  • explaining the information on your annual benefit statement & the benefits you have built up in the Fund
  • explaining how to complete Fund forms such as Nomination, Retirement and Banking Details forms.

Please note that the Fund isn't able to provide you with any financial advice. If you require advice to help you make a decision regarding your pension benefits, The Money Advice Service provides help in how to choose an Independent Financial Advisor.
