Call us...

You can speak to a member of our dedicated Customer Services Team by calling 0300 111 1665. Calls are charged at the local rate and our opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.  

Friday - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. 

Our offices are closed on weekends & bank holidays

Best time to call: our phones lines are usually less busy before 10 am & between 3 pm - 4 pm.

Contact us in writing...

We recommend that you don't send us emails from your personal email address as they may not be sent securely. If you are actively contributing to the scheme, have deferred pension benefits or are claiming your pension, we strongly advise that you ask a question securely using the 'Messages' feature of our new Pensions Portal. To access the Pensions Portal please visit www.wmpfonline.com/pensionsportal. If you already have a Pensions Portal account, you can click here to find out how to re-set your Username, Password or Security Answer.

You can make an appointment to visit the Fund offices where we can provide assistance by:

  • helping you to register for the Fund's Pensions Portal
  • explaining the information on your annual benefit statement & the benefits you have built up in the Fund
  • explaining how to complete Fund forms such as Nomination, Retirement and Banking Details forms.

Please note that the Fund isn't able to provide you with any financial advice. If you require advice to help you make a decision regarding your pension benefits, The Money Advice Service provides help in how to choose an Independent Financial Advisor. Mander House is a tall building located on top of the Mander Shopping Centre in Wolverhampton.

By foot: arrive at the Mander Centre, and take the stairs up to the car park roof level where you'll be able to enter Mander House. Take the lift to the 6th floor to reach our reception.

By car: if using satellite navigation, enter WV1 3NH as the postcode for our offices. There are numerous car parks around Wolverhampton city centre - for locations, visit Parkopedia (http://www.parkopedia.co.uk)
