How to contact us


Send us a Pensions Portal message...


Contributing, deferred and pensioner members of West Midlands Pension Fund can register to use the Fund's secure Pensions Portal, giving you access to your pension record from any internet connected device, such as a PC, tablet or smartphone.

Once registered, you'll be able to send us a secure message from your account, as well as:

  • View and amend your personal information.
  • View your service, hours or pension history.
  • calculate retirement estimates of your pension benefits if you're currently actively contributing to the scheme.
  • View documents relating to your record with us, including nomination forms, benefit statements and, if you're in receipt of a pension with us, pension advice slips.

You can call our dedicated Customer Services Team on 0300 111 1665. Calls are charged at the local rate and our opening hours are as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 8:30 am to 5 pm.  

Friday - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. 

Our offices are closed on weekends & bank holidays

Best time to call: our phones lines are usually less busy before 10 am & between 3 pm - 4 pm..

When emailing us, you will be asked to confirm three pieces of security information to allow us to locate your record and for security purposes. If you are a scheme member, you may wish to use the secure 'Messages' facility within your Pensions Portal account instead as this is the most secure way to contact us electronically. You can make an appointment to visit the Fund offices where we can provide assistance by:

  • helping you to register for the Fund's Pensions Portal
  • explaining the information on your annual benefit statement & the benefits you have built up in the Fund
  • explaining how to complete Fund forms such as Nomination, Retirement and Banking Details forms.

Please note that the Fund isn't able to provide you with any financial advice. If you require advice to help you make a decision regarding your pension benefits, The Money Advice Service provides help in how to choose an Independent Financial Advisor. Mander House is a tall building located on top of the Mander Shopping Centre in Wolverhampton.

By foot: arrive at the Mander Centre, and take the stairs up to the car park roof level where you'll be able to enter Mander House. Take the lift to the 6th floor to reach our reception.
