Changes to the way you log into Web Portal

There have been changes made to the way you log into Web Portal.

When you log in, you will be required to enter your username and password as normal, you will then be presented with an additional screen displaying your security question. You will need to answer this security question with your secure answer (which is case sensitive) to proceed. This additional setup will then appear each time you log into Web Portal.

 

What is the Web Portal?

As a member of the West Midlands Pension Fund you can register to use the Fund's web portal to
Access your pension online.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • View and amend your personal information such as your name, marital status and address

  • View your pre-April 2014 hours' history

  • Perform estimates of your pension benefits, if you are currently contributing to the scheme.

  • Ask a question to the Fund through our secure channel and view responses

  • View your documents such as your nomination form, annual benefit statements or pension advice information, if you're in receipt of your pension

  • Change your UK bank account if currently in receipt of your pension
