Web Portal (Employers Portal)


To log-in to the Web Portal as a Fund Employer, please click here.

To register to use the web portal please read the pdf icon Usage policy [22kb] and email the Employer Relationship Team to request a user declaration form.

If you would like more information about the Fund's web portal please telephone the dedicated employer helpline or e-mail the Employer Relationship Team.

Are the contact details we hold about your organisation correct? Please ensure that we are notified of any changes to your organisation's contact details.


Current status:

As at 11:19 on Monday 18th November 2019

There are currently no known Web Portal access issues

Scheduled downtime 2018/19:

The Employer Web Portal will be unavailable on the following dates:

  1. Friday 4th October (3pm onwards)
  2. Saturday 12th October - Sunday 13th October

We would be grateful if you could log out of the Web Portal at that time in order for system updates to be carried out.
