The joiner process
When you are enrolled into the scheme, your employer will automatically arrange for contributions to be deducted from your salary. Your employer will also send us a joiner file so that we can create a pension record for you.
Once we have processed your joiner file, you will be sent a membership certificate to your home address.
What is a membership certificate?
The membership certificate is a letter confirming your enrolment into the scheme, and the details we hold for you. If any of your personal details are incorrect, you can update them using the Pensions Portal.
