  • West Midlands Pension Fund would like to apologise to our members for a minor delay in issuing payslips this month. All payslips have been issued and will arrive shortly.

    As a result of the above, we are receiving an increased number of calls which has meant there has been an increase queue time, particularly between 11.30am and 2.30pm. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

    This year the pension increase stands at 0%.

    are currently experiencing issues with our phone lines for Fund members and employers. Our technical team are working to resolve the issue as a priority.

    It has been brought to our attention that rogue callers are contacting residents, pretending to be from West Midlands Pension Fund, and asking for personal details and documentation. If you have been approached recently and have been left with any suspicions or concerns, please contact Action Fraud (telephone 0300 123 240) or telephone the police.
