Please note, that we are currently experiencing a high volume of visitors to the Fund's web portal facility, as deferred members log in to access their benefit statements while other members are registering to gain access to their pension records.
If you have recently registered, you must await your web portal activation letter. This letter contains your activation code which is needed to verify your account. Once you have activated your account, you will have full access to your pension record.
The activation letter will be posted to your home address within 10 - 14 working days of registration.
