Urgent - message for all employers:

Currently any estimates that are being run through Web Portal for members retiring age 65+, could be overstating the additional pension and lump-sum (if applicable) awarded from the actuarial increase.

We would advise that until notified differently, please refrain from performing these calculations as they will produce inflated values.

Employer Relationship Team

The Employer Relationship Team is dedicated to providing excellent employer support to both participating and prospective employers.

The team is headed by Simon Taylor, Head of Client and Funding Management. Simon is assisted by Employer Relationship Officers Clive Anderton and Mike Hollingsworth, Employer Support Officers Bethan Murray, Clair Knott and Will Odell, and Employer Support Assistant Emma Turner.

The Team has considerable pensions experience and are well versed in the issues facing employers across the region and are able to tailor their support accordingly. The team are eager to share their knowledge to keep employers up to date with relevant issues through regular contact.

The work undertaken by the Employer Relationship Team is varied and sometimes complex, but the team take pride in providing excellent customer service to employers throughout every stage of their journey with the fund.
