Re-setting your Username, Password or Security Question

If you are having problems accessing your account you may need to re-set your credentials.

 

To re-set your password

To re-set your password, you will be prompted for the following information:

Username, Surname, Date of Birth, National Insurance Number, Security Answer. All fields, including your National Insurance Number are case sensitive.

Please follow the instructions on the page and your login details will be sent to the email address that you registered with us. If your email address has changed, please contact us before you re-set your password.

Your username can be found within your activation pack and the Portal will prompt you to enter your security answer, please re-set these credentials first if you are unsure of the format.
