Important update: our email addresses are changing
We’re updating our email addresses to a new format that clearly identifies us as West Midlands Pension Fund (WMPF). This move will help you and our members recognise our communications more easily and ensure they stand out in your inbox.
What’s changing?
From Friday 25 July 2025, we’ll send and receive all emails using the new format: name@wmpf.wolverhampton.gov.uk.
This new format will apply to all of our email addresses, both personal and group mailboxes, which include*:
- WMPFEmployerLiaison2@wmpf.wolverhampton.gov.uk – for general employer queries.
- WMPFEmployerSystemSupport@wmpf.wolverhampton.gov.uk – for help with Employer Self-Service (ESS).
- WMPFEmployerValuation@wmpf.wolverhampton.gov.uk – for queries about accounting disclosures and the actuarial valuation.
What this means for you:
- You can start using the new email addresses from Friday 25th July. Don’t worry if you forget – redirection will be in place to ensure your message still reaches us.
- We’re rolling out the change to our personal email addresses in a phased way, so you might begin to see some emails from us in the new format before Friday.
- You’ll need to our new email addresses to your address book to avoid missing important updates, including our next newsletter.
- We’re in the process of updating our website and documents to reflect the new format – thank you for your patience during this transition.
