If you are requesting a transfer value on behalf of one of our scheme members, and you are not acting on behalf of another LGPS Fund, we require our WMPF Letter of authority form to be completed and uploaded with your request to enable us to respond.
To download the form, please visit Appoint a third party to contact us on your behalf. Please note that we do not accept any other letters of authority, and completed letters of authority are valid for a maximum period of 6 months.
If you are a scheme member, you will not need to upload any other documentation.
